Written Answers - Visit By Northern Youths.

42.

asked the Minister for Justice the reason a group of young people from Northern Ireland who were travelling to Dublin on Friday, 29 November were asked their religious denomination when stopped by the Garda at a checkpoint near Swords, County Dublin; if it is normal practice for the Garda to ask persons their religious denomination particularly persons from Northern Ireland; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
