I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that registration of the dealing — the details of which were supplied by the Deputy — was completed on 23 January 1984.
A further dealing in respect of the same folio was lodged in the Land Registry on 20 June 1985. This dealing was rejected on 16 October 1985 and was relodged on 6 January 1986. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that consideration of this dealing is expected to be finalised in the near future.
