The application in this case relates to the replacement of windows and the carrying out of necessary repairs to the fabric of the house. A grant of £1,174 has been approved in respect of these works.

32.

Mr. Coughlan

asked the Minister for the Environment the amount of a house improvement grant which has been approved in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Donegal.

Notification has issued to the applicant authorising him to proceed with the works in respect of which his application was made subject to the conditions of the grants scheme (other than the prior inspection requirement) applicable when he applied for the grant. On receipt of notification of completion of the works an inspection will be arranged at which stage the amount of grant payable will be determined.

33.
