There has been no avoidable delay in dealing with this scheme. The scheme required careful examination to ensure that it integrates with existing group schemes in the vicinity which will in due course obtain a public water supply through the mains to be laid by the group. The group has recently been asked to supply additional information to enable this examination to be completed.
