This is primarily a matter for An Bord Iascaigh Mhara who, I have been informed, are still considering Labour Court Recommendation No. 9981 in conjunction with other Labour Court recommendations pertaining to similar problems arising from other staff claims. The Department of the Public Service has been appraised of the situation.
