Vol. 369 No. 11

Written Answers. - Driving in Ireland.

75.

asked the Minister for the Environment the EC ruling for driving in Ireland in the case of an Irish citizen who is the holder of a United Kingdom full driving licence.

The person concerned may drive in Ireland until the licence expires or for a period of up to one year, whichever first occurs. Before the expiration of that period he may exchange that licence for an Irish licence.
