According to figures supplied by An Foras Forbartha, the gross revenue earned by them in respect of consultancy and contract work outside the State was £100,661 in 1983, £61,290 in 1984, £154,750 in 1985 and £45,830 in 1986. The latter figure excludes an amount of £224,124 recouped to An Foras Forbartha for equipment bought by them in connection with a particular project.
