The tenders which have been received in respect of this project have been submitted by the vocational education committee to my Department where they are under consideration. In the light of the present financial restrictions which are necessary under the Government's Programme for National Recovery, it is not possible to give any firm indication as to when commencement of construction will be authorised in this instance.
