Vol. 377 No. 3

Written Answers. - School Transport

142.

asked the Minister for Education if she will arrange to have a decision made regarding school transport for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

As the pupil in question lives in the area of Harristown closed school he is eligible for free transport to the appropriate school of amalgamation, viz., Templeorum National School.

He could be allowed concessionary fare-paying facilities to Mullinavat National School subject to the written agreement of the Templeorum school authorities. Mr. Farrell was informed of this decision in the Department's letter of 29 September, 1987.
