Vol. 380 No. 7

Written Answers. - Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Act.

142.

asked the Minister for Labour the reason a payment under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Act, 1973 was refused in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.

The decision in the case referred to in the question was one taken by the Employment Appeals Tribunal as part of their independent statutory responsibilities. Accordingly, I have no function in the matter.
