I have received an application for national lottery funds from the Consumers' Association of Ireland. As the amount allocated to me for distribution for health purposes is very small in relation to the requests received I could not at this stage hold out any guarantee that I will be in a position to assist the Consumers' Association of Ireland in the current year.
