The Revenue Commissioners have advised me that they have no record of receipt of the required information from the taxpayer. The Inspector of Taxes has now communicated directly with the taxpayer at the address supplied by the Deputy requesting the details which are necessary to enable a certificate of tax-free allowances and an RSI number to be issued.
