Vol. 388 No. 5

Written Answers. - Supply of Intoxicating Liquor to Underage Children.

81.

asked the Minister for Justice if complaints have been made to the Garda regarding a public house (details supplied) in Dublin 1 supplying intoxicating liquor and cans of beer to children who are under age; if action has been taken in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

It is not the practice for Ministers for Justice, unless there are exceptional circumstances indicating otherwise, to disclose whether or not a particular individual or establishment is the subject of a Garda investigation.
