asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the number of Irish farmers who benefited from the Mulder case; their names and location; and the amount of quota received by each recipient.

A total of 1,842 Irish farmers have been allocated provisional quotas as a result of the Mulder case. The total gallonage involved is about 21 million gallons.

It would not be appropriate for me to give information on an individual producer basis.
