Question:

20 Mr. Kavanagh asked the Minister for Finance if he will publish in a coherent and legible manner a map of the country detailing in a precise form the location and extent of areas of scientific interest having regard to Ireland's concern to emerge as a green State within the EC during the term of office of Ireland's Presidency of the EC; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Maps, showing in a precise form the location and extent of areas of scientific interest are available from my Department. Such maps issued in January 1989 to all planning authorities and other organisations concerned with land use.
