Question:166 Mr. Byrne asked the Minister for Education if she will outline her plans for the future of St. Clare's School, Harold's Cross, Dublin 6; and if this school is due to close in the near future.

The question of closure of St. Clare's national school is not under consideration in my Department at present.
I have no proposals at this time for a change in the status of the school from that previously sanctioned by my Department.
