Question:54 Mr. S. Barrett asked the Minister for the Environment if he will allocate the necessary funds to Dublin County Council to enable them to develop the 18 acres of industrial land at Ballyogan Road, Sandyford, County Dublin.

It is a matter for the local authority in accordance with their powers under section 77 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963 to take whatever steps they consider necessary to develop the site in question for industrial development. There are no funds at my disposal for such a purpose.
