Question:

131 Mr. Garland asked the Minister for the Environment if he has received correspondence from Ferdinando Ablanese, Director of Environment and Local Authorities, Council of Europe, regarding the effects of the construction of a nine hole golf course in the Dingle Peninsula, County Kerry, on natural habitats; if he intends to respond to this letter; if so, when; the steps he proposes to take in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have received the correspondence referred to and I will reply to it shortly.
