Mitchell asked the Minister for the Environment if his attention has been drawn to the fact that approximately 10 per cent of all commercial pilots are disenfranchised during presidential, general, local elections and referenda since they are invariably out of the country; and if he will take steps to allow them vote over a three or four day period or to have a postal vote.
