Question:

49 Mr. Taylor asked the Minister for the Environment if all established employees of the Environmental Protection Agency, soon to be established, will be subject to the provisions of the Official Secrets Act; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The provisions of the Official Secrets Act, 1963, applies to all persons by virtue of section 4 of that Act.
