Question:84 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Justice if he will expedite the registration of a property (details supplied) in County Mayo.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for first registration about which it was found necessary to raise queries with the applicant's solicitors. The application cannot be processed further until these queries have been satisfactorily discharged.
