71 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for the Environment when he will approve the contract documents for stage three of the Skibbereen water supply improvement scheme; when Cork County Council can invite tenders for same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I received contract documents for the Skibbereen water supply scheme, Stage 3 on 27 February 1991. They are under examination in my Department at present.
