Liam Aylward

Question:

59 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will arrange immediate payment of a special beef premium to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

This applicant has failed to submit cattle identity cards for all the animals in his 1990 special beef premium application. Unless he does so he may have to be ruled out of both the 1990 and 1991 special beef premium schemes.

60 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the present position regarding an application of a person (details supplied) in County Limerick for a special beef premium.

This applicant has been deemed ineligible for payment under the 1990 and 1991 special beef premium schemes as two animals listed on his application form were found not to have been present on his holding at all on the date of application.

61 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the present position regarding the application of a person (details supplied) in County Limerick for a special beef premium.

This applicant has been deemed ineligible for payment under the 1990 and 1991 special beef premium schemes as the three animals on which he applied for premium were found not to have been on his holding at all on the date of application.

62 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the position regarding the application of a person (details supplied) in County Limerick for a special beef premium.

This applicant has been deemed ineligible for payment under the 1990 special beef premium scheme as he did not maintain the number of animals on which he applied for premium for two months as required under the terms and conditions of the scheme.
