Question:169 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health whether he proposes to introduce necessary legislation to amend the Medical Practitioners Act, 1978.
Written Answers. - Amendment of Medical Practitioners Act.
Mr Department are currently examining the Medical Practitioners Act, 1978, to determine which aspects of it require amendment. In this connection, proposals for amendment which were submitted to me by the Medical Council are under consideration.
