Question:99 Mr. Taylor asked the Minister for Justice if, in view of the fact that free legal aid cases are being held up due to the continued delay of his Department to appoint members to the Legal Aid Board, he will outline the reason this is happening; and if he will undertake to make the relevant appointments forthwith.
