Question:292 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Social Welfare when the new arrangements in respect of the social welfare office at Castlecomer, County Kilkenny will be implemented.

I am pleased to say that the new service arrangements which I outlined earlier this year are now in place and open for business. The office, which is located in the former technical school, will considerably improve the social welfare services available to the people of Castlecomer and the surrounding area.
