150 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Cork will receive a duplicate or new payable order for his farm development grant, which was due to be issued to him under Schedule 161 on 27 September 1991, but was never received by the applicant.

If the payable order in this case which was cashed on 16 October 1991 was not cashed by or on behalf of the applicant, he should contact the accounts division of my Department at Farnham Street, Cavan in the matter.
