436 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will amend the statutory regulations concerning a pension scheme (details supplied) since a retired person wishes to transfer his pension entitlement to an Irish Life bond.

The conditions of entitlement to pension and rules relating to transfer of pension in a semi-State company pension scheme is a matter for the direct concern of the relevant Minister; in this case the Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications.
