Question:131 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment if he will outline (a) the total number of planning applications appealed to An Bord Pleanála in each of the past three years in respect of which the local authority's decision was arrived at by way of a section 4 motion and (b) the number of times the decision of the local authority was upheld; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
