149 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Education if he intends to introduce a pilot scheme for the computerisation of administration in secondary schools; if he will include a school in County Tipperary in this scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
During the school year 1992-93 my Department intends to introduce a pilot scheme for a computerised School administration system for second-level schools.
The scheme is in its initial planning stage and as yet no decisions have been taken as to how schools will be selected for participation in the pilot scheme.
