156 Mr. Ryan asked the Minister for the Environment if he has received revised tender documents in respect of a nominee dwelling for a person (details supplied) in County Dublin; and if, in view of the history of this particular application, he will sanction this as a matter of urgency and enable construction of this much needed dwelling to commence at an early date.

A revised proposal has been received from Dublin County Council in respect of the dwelling and a decision will be conveyed to the council as soon as possible.
