174 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Justice when it is proposed to complete the registration of an application for registration, made by a person (details supplied) in County Galway, to the Land Registry Section of his Department.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that no application for registration in respect of the property in question has been received in the Land Registry.
