I propose to take Questions Nos. 19, 23, 26, 40, 46, 49, 70 and 77 together.

I do not propose to introduce legislation as suggested by the Deputies. As I have previously indicated in my reply to Question No. 121 of 25th February, 1992, discussions are currently taking place between St. Patrick's College and Dublin City University on new linkages between those two institutions; it is not envisaged that legislation will be required to give effect to such linkages.
