Question:75 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Finance when a VAT refund will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the most recent claim from the person in question was received in that Office on 2 April, 1990 and that the amount of £495.00 was paid in full settlement on 23 May 1990. No further claims have been received.
