145 Mr. Garland asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if the Government will consider distributing to the public free copies of the text of Title V of the Maastricht Treaty dealing with a common foreign and security policy.
Title V of the Treaty on European Union contains the provisions of a Common Foreign and Security Policy and is an integral part of the Treaty copies of which may be obtained from the Government Publications Office. The Government has no plans to publish these provisions separately. A detailed explanation of Title V is contained in the White Paper published by the Government last month.
