Question:104 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Justice if he will outline the progress being made on a draft directive (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Written Answers. - EC Draft Directive on Personal Data.
The EC Commission is expected to issue shortly a revised draft of a directive concerning the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data (SYN 287). The revised draft will be discussed at EC Council working group level.
