85 Mr. Cullimore asked the Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications if any further reports were made into the investigations on the Viscount St. Phelim crash at Tuskar, County Wexford, in 1968; and if so, if he will outline the progress which has been made.

My Department's report of the investigation into the accident in question was released on 30 June 1970. No additional evidence has emerged to warrant a re-opening of the investigation or the preparation of a supplementary report.
