194 Mr. Nealon asked the Minister for the Environment when work will start on the construction of the major Collooney-Ballisodare by-pass road on the N4; the estimated duration construction will take; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Smith):

I refer to the reply to Question No. 238 of 10 March 1992. The position remains unchanged. It is expected that the construction period will be three years.
