Question:368 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment if he will outline the position as of 7 October 1992 of the proposed sewage scheme for Kilcullen, County Kildare; if he will further outline the extent, if any, to which the various procedures preliminary to the implementation of the scheme have been processed to date; if he will outline the outstanding item or items still to be processed prior to the implementation of the scheme; if there are sufficient funds available to progress the scheme further in the current year; when he expects the work to take place; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
