377 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if he will make representations to the British authorities and the RUC Chief Constable on behalf of a prisoner (details supplied) whose solicitor has requested access to his client's interview notes for ESDA testing.

I am having inquiries made about this case with the British authorities through the mechanisms of the Anglo-Irish Agreement. I shall communicate directly with the Deputy when the necessary information is to hand.
