102 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Education if a person (details supplied) in County Cork who has applied for a higher education grant to pursue the Law Society Profession and Advanced Courses will be awarded such a grant.
Cork County Council is the body statutorily entrusted with the administration of the higher education grant scheme in this case.
I refer the Deputy to the Council for any information he may require regarding the eligibility of the student for a higher education grant.
