82 Mr. T. O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications if his attention has been drawn to the surcharge imposed by tour operators on passengers using Cork Airport; and the measures, if any, he will take to rectify this position.

The pricing policies of tour operators in relation to tour departures from airports in the State are solely a matter for tour operators themselves. My Department has no statutory or other function in this area.
