Vol. 428 No. 1

Written Answers. - Baldoyle (Dublin) Flood Relief.

Thomas P. Broughan

Question:

270 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for the Environment when funding for the Grange Road Flood Relief Scheme at Grange Road, Baldoyle, Dublin 13 will be made available to the County Manager, Fingal, to enable him to carry out this project.

Revised contract documents for a flood relief scheme to serve this area have been submitted to my Department and are currently under consideration. The submission of a certificate by Dublin County Council is awaited confirming that all the necessary planning, land acquisition, and wayleave arrangements have been completed. The question of funding does not arise at this stage.
