Vol. 428 No. 1

Written Answers. - Disadvantaged Area Classification.

Michael Creed

Question:

330 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if a townland (details supplied) in County Cork has been submitted for consideration for inclusion in the disadvantaged areas under the appeals tribunal.

I can confirm that the townland referred to appealed its non-inclusion in the disadvantaged areas and was surveyed. The disadvantaged areas appeals panel is currently analysing survey data in respect of all townlands under appeal.
