331 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a special beef premium will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

The application of the person named under the 1992 special beef premium scheme is being processed and payment will be made shortly if found in order.

332 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a special beef premium will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

This person was paid his grants under the June 1992 special beef premium scheme in mid-March 1993. His December 1992 application for grants under the special beef premium scheme will be processed in due course.

333 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if a beef premium has been approved for a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if so, when payment will issue.

The person named has been deemed ineligible for grants under the 1992 special beef premium scheme as he failed to keep his undertaking to retain all the animals on his holding for two months from the date of lodgment of the application as required under EEC Regulations.

334 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if he will reconsider a decision to refuse a person (details supplied) in County Cork a cattle headage grant.

The person named submitted an application under the 1992 cattle and equines headage scheme on 23 February 1993. As the closing date for receipt of applications under the scheme was 7 July 1992 the application from the person named cannot be accepted.
