Question:350 Mr. Lowry asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the reason for the delay in issuing a refund of co-responsibility levy which is due since April 1992 to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary.
Written Answers. - Co-Responsibility Levy.
The holding of the person named in the question is located in an area designated as disadvantaged in 1986. He has been exempted from payment of milk coresponsibility levy since 1 April 1989. Levy has not been deducted in respect of his milk supplies since that date.
Accordingly, the question of a refund does not arise.
