94 Ms McManus asked the Minister for Health if he will have arrangements made to have a copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of a company (details supplied) placed in the library of Dáil Éireann which has been established to manage six hospitals in the Dublin area.
The company referred to is a private limited company. Under the Companies Act 1963 to 1990, the memorandum and articles of association are filed in the Companies Registration Office, Dublin Castle, where they can be inspected. I am arranging to have a copy placed in the library of Dáil Éireann as requested by the Deputy.
