Question:118 Ms McManus asked the Minister for Education if she will end the system of students who have been accepted into third-level colleges, but who cannot avail of higher education grants because they do not have the necessary points; and if she will ensure that acceptance into suitable third-level colleges is sufficient in itself to qualify for the grants.
