Vol. 431 No. 4

Written Answers. - Parking Offences.

Ivor Callely

Question:

54 Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Justice if she will review the present procedure in connection with payments and court proceedings for parking offences; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

The legislation governing on-the-spot fines for parking offences and the question of any review of the present procedures is primarily a matter for consideration by the Minister for the Environment.
