55 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications if, in view of the extensive representations which Dublin and other urban Members of Dáil Éireann received regarding the proposed three minute telephone tariff, he is prepared to review this before it becomes operational in September 1993.

I do not propose to review Telecom Éireann's recently announced rebalancing tariff package before it becomes operational in September next.
